The Jefferson Cup is a professional and amateur USA Cycling road race in the rolling hills of Charlottesville, Virginia. It is one of the longest-running races in the United States and has become an iconic event in the cycling world. The Pro/Am race has been pivotal in the careers of National Champions, Tour de France riders, and USA National Team members. For the first time, the road race will be preceded by a criterium on Saturday, April 21st.

The roads are still part of my regular training routes, and I always ride them with nostalgia imagining the race flying by every spring.”
